AMC flex plate, I think this is a 1970, & early 1971 Borg-Warner to 360.
The ring gear has some bad spots as shown in the pic’s, but the center is good. So you can replace the ring gear, or cut it off and turn it around and weld it back on. But if your really a glutton for punishment you can weld an edge back on each bad tooth and reshape them. Or you can all ways keep looking for one.
