AMC AMX Javelin & others smog pump bracket, I think? It looks like after it had been chromed some one did a little grinding on the fixed end of it. I am not sure that this is a smog pump bracket, so do your own homework. It came with a bunch of parts to a 1970’s, 80’s show 1969 390 AMX
