AMC AMX Javelin Jeep & others 401 core block. Number one cylinder needs a sleeve, it has a crack length wise in the bore. This motor was put together to tight with .060 over pistons in it and was .003 to .005, (depending on the cylinder), to tight. So with one sleeve you could probably finish the rest at .060 over. Some one had also removed the 401 castings from the side of the block?
