AMC AMX Javelin 1970 360 3 bolt core harmonic balancer,(vibration damper). This is an early 360 damper that some one had balanced to 1969 390 rotating mass. So it will need to be balanced to your rotating mass. DO NOT JUST BOLT IT ON YOUR 360 AND THINK IT WILL BE FINE!!!!! Only use this part if your motor is apart and you are going to have it balanced.
