AMC AMX hood 1968, 1969. This hood is from a 1970’s & 80’s show car that never got put back together after the new paint job had problems. The hood is nice, The front lip that is on the under side has a little waves, but only the lip. The black paint has little blisters in it. So the black on the outside would have to be totally removed. It looks like there was water in the air line. But I think they did not get all what ever they were using for show car wax, (glaze) off. And I think that because the hood jam never did it, so you would not have to strip the jam. It is a nice piece of sheet metal. So it is priced accordingly. If you look real close you can see the small blisters. See pic’s.
