Description
AMC AMX Javelin & others flywheel. It has been surfaced and has some fine heat cracks. There are four locations on the ring gear that has a small amount of teeth ground. See pic’s. I marked them in yellow so you could see them. I don’t think they would be a problem with a good battery and starter solenoid. On the back side, at the crank pocket. It has some welds, and the machined to fit a early crank. Agene see pic’s. I think this flywheel was a 1971&1/2 and later, then was custom made and balanced to fit a 390. It came off a 360 that had 390 crank and rods. And that would explain the welded spots, and machining to fit a early crank.
